2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders in the nature of mandamus for directing and commanding the Respondents to decide the objection filed by the petitioner on

Patna High Court CWJC No.2238 of 2017(3) dt.24-06-2025 2/3 19.10.2011 before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Bhagalpur in Land Acquisition Case No. 24/2010-11 regarding nature of land of the petitioners, which the Respondents are intending to acquire and further to treat the petitioners' land as Homestead land and accordingly pay the compensation after modification of award of the aforesaid case giving similar treatment and benefit which has been given to the similarly situated persons who had having similar nature of land for the ends of justice and equity and further for a direction upon the Respondents particularly the State of Bihar through the Collector, Bhagalpur to determine and pay the compensation amount which has been paid to other similarly situated persons having land in same locality under the same situation and after approving the method to determine the valuation of mango trees and other trees of the orchard on the basis annual income, present position, location and situation of mango trees etc. and further award the compensation accordingly and

3. Though learned counsel for the petitioner admits that compensation amount has been paid to him, he is aggrieved by the quantum and submits that he shall be approaching the appropriate authority/competent court for the redressal of grievance.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
