2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, four unknown miscreants kidnapped the daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent has has falsely been implicated in this case. The victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has denied the prosecution case and stated that she was in love with the petitioner and she went with the petitioner out of her own free will. Victim is major. Both have solemnized marriage and are living as a husband and wife.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as also statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. of the victim in which she denies the prosecution case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Session Judge 13, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S.
