2. Vide order dated 24.02.2023, on the undertaking of the petitioner that he will pay Rs. 5,50,000/- to the informant within eight months, the petitioner was granted provisional bail for eight months.

3. Learned counsel for the informant submits that inspite of the fact that this Court vide order dated 06.12.2024 adjourned this Case on the prayer of the petitioner to enable him to clear the balance amount, but till date the petitioner has not paid the aforesaid amount.

4. In the circumstances, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 24.02.2023 is hereby recalled.
