JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 447, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that some hot altercation took place in view of the informant dashed the motorcycle to the motorcycle of the accused, subsequently, the accused persons came and demanded Rs.5,000/- for getting repaired the damaged motorcycle when petitioner no.1 resorted to fire on the house of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no injury was caused to anyone and there is counter version of the occurrence also. Moreover, the informant has retracted from initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.

No.15050 of 2015 (2) dt.12-05-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No.848 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
