JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is an accused in Lutua P.S.Case No.3/16 registered under Sections 498(A), 323, 379 and 494 of I.P.C.

The accusation is against the petitioner including his family members of demand of dowry and on non-fulfillment of the dowry demand torturing and assaulting by the accused persons. She was ousted from the place of the petitioner. The submission of the petitioner is that there is general and omnibus allegation of torture and demand of dowry against the petitioner including his family members.It is further submitted that the marriage had taken place before ten years.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48046 of 2016 (2) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sherghati,Gaya, in Lutua P.S.
