2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 87 and 3(5) of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant alleged that on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner along with other co-accused persons kidnapped minor daughter of informant.

4. The victim in her statement recorded under section 183 BNSS 2023 had supported the prosecution case and stated that this petitioner called her on phone and took her on motorcycle and fed her some sweets, due to which she became unconscious and thereafter, she found herself in Raipur in a room with this petitioner, where she was kept for 12 days. She

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53918 of 2025(2) dt.18-08-2025 2/2 further stated that somehow she managed to fled away from custody of this petitioner.

5 . Considering the nature and seriousness of accusation , 183 BNSS statement of the victim and other circumstances of the case , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
