JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 11-02-2016 This application under Article 227 of the Constitution has been filed by the petitioner for directing the Court below to dispose of Title Eviction Suit No.5 of 2013 within six months. It may be mentioned here that the order passed by the Civil Court, against which no provision for appeal or revision is there, is examined in supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, as has been held by the Supreme Court in the case of Radhey Shyam v. Chhabi Nath, (2015) 5 Supreme Court Cases 423.

Therefore, for this general direction, this application under Article 227 of the Constitution is not maintainable. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
