In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 167 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner had earlier moved before this Court for bail in Cr. Misc. No. 18353 of 2016 and this Court, vide order dated 03.05.2016, rejected the same but, liberty was given to renew his prayer for bail after completion of nine months of his judicial custody.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case as also the period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Sudhir Sada
