Petitioners are languishing in custody for offences punishable under Sections 47(a)/47(g)/48(b) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Eighteen cartoons of foreign liquor was recovered from the vehicle of this petitioner on 31.08.2016 and possession of foreign liquor on the alleged date of occurrence was not an offence.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount
