The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 468, 471, 472, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is getting the appointment in Primary Health Centre, Telta in the District of Katihar on forged documents.

Considering the fact that F.I.R. was registered in 2002, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, anticipatory bail application is rejected.
