Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 96 of 2016/GR No. 1919 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice. This is third attempt. On last occasion vide order dated 17.04.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that the case has been committed to the Court of District

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8016 of 2021(4) dt.05-07-2021 2/2 & Sessions Judge, Jamui on 20.04.2021.

Considering the stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
