Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2022 dated 13.01.2022 registered for the offence under Sections 401, 413, 414, 467, 468, 420/34 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the member of a gang of criminals, who are engaged in various crimes including theft and is in custody since 14.01.2022.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

No.52176 of 2022(2) dt.16-12-2022 2/2 Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing one year in custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2022.

The petitioner will visit Sonepur Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
