2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 507 of 2025, arising out of Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1100 of 2022 for the offences registered under Sections 304(B), 498(A)/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on charge-sheet has been submitted u/s 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, daughter of the informant was killed by her husband and in-laws.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is Dewar of the deceased. He has no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. He was
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51286 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 living separately. There is no allegation of specific overt act against the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 31.03.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case. There is no chance of tampering with the evidence or absconding of the petitioner.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties and facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 507 of 2025, arising out of Ahiyapur P.S.
