The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with a case registered under sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 15.6.2021 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. no.10158 of 2021 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail on completing one year in custody. The petitioner is in custody since 5.10.2020.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the liberty granted to the petitioner in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62185 of 2021(2) dt.17-11-2021 2/2 the aforesaid order dated 15.6.2021 together with the period in custody of the petitioner, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case no. 352 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge, Buxar.
