2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case no. 806 of 2021 registered under sections 420, 406, 419, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the accused is of running a forged private organization which was illegally engaged with dishonest intention to cheat the public with the promise to provide them employment. On inspection, several receipts/documents etc. were found for employment as well as for admission in MBA, Polytechnic College etc.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53942 of 2023(2) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 rejected vide order dated 17.1.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 723 of 2022 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months or on framing of charge, whichever is later. It is submitted that it was for lack of instructions that on the last occasion it could not be informed that charge has already been framed on 21.12.2022 itself. The petitioner is in custody since 7.10.2021.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner, the petitioner having remained in custody since 7.10.2021, his not having any criminal antecedent and charge having been framed in the learned trial Court, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case no. 806 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M- V, Araria.
