This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 307, 324, 326 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant is not an eye witness of occurrence. He has alleged that seven first information report named and some unknown accused person fired at his brother causing fire arm injury. The injured, Sanjay Kumar, ahs stated before the police that firing of one Gaurav Tandon has caused injury at his face. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 272 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
