Earlier, M.J.C. no. 1883 of 2018 was filed to recall order dated 14.05.2018, which was dismissed on the score that order dated 14.05.2018 was not placed on record.

2. Taking note of these facts and circumstances and in the interest of petitioners, order dated 14.05.2018 stands recalled while restoring L.P.A. No. 1038 of 2017 on the file.

3. Accordingly, the present M.J.C. No. 2477 of 2024 stands allowed subject to payment of Rs. 3000/- (Rs. Three Thousand).
