The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 353, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a/26/35/27 of the Arms Act. Allegedly, two loaded pistols along with four live cartridges are said to have been recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 13-04-2017 Charge sheet has already been submitted. Two loaded pistols along with four live cartridges are alleged to have been recovered. None is said to have been injured in course of the occurrence. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Barh, Patna in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 87 of 2017.
