The petitioner seeks bail in Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 184 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of this petitioner surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Saurav Kumar. No looted article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has not been put on test identification parade till date. The looted motorcycle has been recovered from other place of Mohalla Gudri Bazar and is related to Teghra PS Case No. 286 of 2020. Petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63203 of 2021(3) dt.19-05-2022 2/2 the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 184 of 2020.
