JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 20 liters country made liquor is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 02.04.2016 and from perusal of Para -3 of the petition, it appears that prior to institution of the present case, petitioner had not been made accused in Excise Act. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S.Case No. 148 of 2016.
