2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 12.01.2018, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection Pipariya P.S. Case No. 01 of 2018 for the offence alleged under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 03.05.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 25169 of 2018.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after one year completion in jail custody. (Vikash Jain, J) Md. Ibrarul/- U T
