Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 51 of 2021, registered for the offences under Sections 384, 386, 354(B)/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 66(D) of the I.T. Act.

The main allegation is that this petitioner secretly clicked the photo of the informant's daughter and thereafter started blackmailing her by giving threatening to circulate the said photo and thereafter harassed her in various ways and also took money from her on several occasions.

No.61756 of 2021(2) dt.08-06-2022 2/3 The main submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner are that the so-called victim has been working as constable in jail police since 2017 and she being major knew everything and the petitioner passed graduation with first division in the year 2017 and the present case was lodged to create pressure upon the petitioner to perform marriage with the socalled victim and the alleged amount which is said to have been paid by the victim in the bank account of this petitioner never credited to the bank account of this petitioner.

Learned counsel further submits that in the present matter a good relation has established in between both the parties and they have entered into compromise and in this regard informant has filed a compromise petition before this court by way of additional supplementary affidavit and thereof copy has been supplied to learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the allegation made in the F.I.R. is serious but in the light of informant's compromise a liberal approach may be taken but the said compromise should be verified by the court below. In view of above submissions and considering the petitioner's young age and clean antecedent mentioned at paragraph no.

No.61756 of 2021(2) dt.08-06-2022 3/3 let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 51 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Further, on this condition that at the time of accepting bail bonds and sureties under this order, the learned court below shall verify the contents of the above mentioned compromise from the informant.
