====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 128 of 2018, corresponding to Special Case No. 6850 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to malafide and malicious intention. He has no concern with liquor in question. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is merely a driver of the vehicle and he has no knowledge about the liquor in question.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Didarganj P.S.
