The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is a case of assaulting due to which the informant and his brother-in-law sustained injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of some petty dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. It is further
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62170 of 2021(2) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 submitted that for the alleged occurrence of 06.06.2021, the F.I.R has been registered on 08.06.2021. The injury reports suggest the injuries to be simple in nature. There is no accusation of repeating the blow. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Nagar(Srinagar) P.S. Case No. 243 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
