2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Saraiya P. S. Case No. 317 of 2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 140(3), 3(5), 103(1), 238 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., on 09.07.2024, son of the informant went along with this petitioner but did not return. Informant suspects that this petitioner committed murder of her son.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion and at best, it is a case of last seen with the deceased. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that there is specific accusation against petitioner that he took away son of the informant and thereafter his dead body was recovered.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
