Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 2.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.53240 of 2018 and allegation against the petitioner is of snatching of Rs. 12,36,187/- by some miscreants and the petitioner is named in the FIR on the basis of confession. Apart from that he is accused in eight other cases. . Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for 1 1⁄2 years and ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him..

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48264 of 2019(2) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-III, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (M) P.S.Case No.115 of 2017, with condition that bailors should be local one and before releasing the petitioner, the address of the petitioner as well as of the bailors shall be verified and further condition that he has to appear before the trial court as and when required except showing some genuine reason otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
