JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-10-2016 Heard Sri Bharat Lal, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was recently rejected on 18.04.2016 vide Cr.Misc.No. 7178 of 2016 keeping in view the seriousness of accusation. Initially, Bihar P.S. Case No. 457 of 2015 was registered under Sections 364(A), 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Sections 363, 368, 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code were added. During investigation, material was collected that a school going boy was kidnapped and he was kept in a room of the petitioner. Subsequently he was done to death due to non-fulfilment of ransom of Rs.50 Lacs. Accordingly, there is no reason to review of my earlier order. The petition stands dismissed.
