The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 366A/120Bof the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the victim has made allegation that the petitioners kidnapped his daughter but the victim appeared and made her statement under section 164 of the Cr. P.C. stating that she herself left the house and solemnized marriage with petitioner No.1 and her father has lodged false case.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of

No.23517 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Supaul P.S.
