The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 307, 384 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioners and others are alleged to have made indiscriminate firing on account of non-payment of extortion money. The informant and his mother got firearm injuries on different parts of their body. It is submitted that there is a counterversion and the father of the petitioners was also injured. Considering the fact that the petitioners and others are alleged to have made indiscriminate firing causing injuries to the informant and his mother, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail in Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15144 of 2015 (2) dt.13-05-2015 2/2 No. 197/14. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
