2. On 07.08.2024, the present M.J.C. Petition No.619 of 2017 was dismissed for want of order to be recalled, namely, dated 18.11.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No.8452 of 2014. However, at the time of correction of the order, we have noticed that copy has been placed in the file on behalf of one Advocate Abhinay Raj on 24.02.2020. Technically, production of such order may not be correct for the reasons that it should have been by means of Interlocutory Application in producing document. Even the same has not been accepted by the Registry. In other

Patna High Court MJC No.619 of 2017(4) dt.12-08-2024 2/2 words, it must have been produced in the open Court. The present M.J.C. Petition No.619 of 2017 for modification is in respect of paragraph-1 insofar as fixing four months' time. Even though, the application for modification was filed within the time limit, however, even seeking extension of time has already lapsed during pendency of this M.J.C. No.619 of 2017. Therefore, the present M.J.C. Petition No.619 of 2017 for modification does not survive for consideration as on this day.
