JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 10-04-2019 Seen the letter no.105/2019 dated 02.04.2019 of the learned lower Court. In the aforesaid letter the learned lower Court has requested to give six months more time to conclude the trial submitting that four witnesses have been examined in the case by the prosecution as yet while five witnesses including the informant, doctor and I.O. are yet to be examined. Vide order dated 26.09.2018 the learned lower Court was directed to conclude the trial within six months and the Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai was directed to ensure production of the witnesses in the case on each and every date fixed without fail. But, in spite of passing away more than six months the Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai appears to have not ensured the production of the witnesses in the case. However, the learned lower Court is directed to conclude the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59291 of 2018(3) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 trial within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and the Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai is further directed to ensure production of the witnesses without fail, failing which this Court would take serious view in the matter.
