JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-12-2022 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Agrer P.S. Case No. 28 of 2022 dated 03.05.2022 registered for the offence under Section 304(B)/328/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 04.05.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is the Mother-in-law of the deceased.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52194 of 2022(2) dt.16-12-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts as well as the relationship of the petitioner with the deceased, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sasaram, District-Rohtas, in connection with Agrer P.S. Case No. 28 of 2022. The petitioner will visit Agrer Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
