JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 15-02-2017 The petitioner has pointed out that this Court has passed an order in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. No.9428 of 2012 filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.10079 of 2015 dt.15-02-2017 2/3 by Sanjay Kumar son of Kapildeo Prasad, on 14th of May, 2012. But after the said order was passed, interpolated, forged and fabricated orders were created, such as, the orders are at pages 18-19, 20-21, 22-23, 24-25.

We have called for the original record of C.W.J.C. No.9428 of 2012 and find that the only order is available on the record dated 14th of May, 2012, which is available at page 16-17 of the present paper book. Therefore, all other orders stated to be passed in the same writ application as mentioned above, are forged and fabricated orders produced by the candidates to seek appointment in different districts by forgery and misrepresentation. Consequently, we pass the following directions : (i) An F.I.R. be lodged of producing a forged and fabricated orders said to be passed by this Court before the competent authority, to seek benefit of appointments, against the beneficiaries and all those persons who are involved in forging of the orders and are part of the conspiracy to give appointments to such beneficiaries.

(ii) All the beneficiaries of such appointment shall be given a show cause notice and after considering the reply terminate their services as they are all appears to be beneficiaries of forged orders.

(iii) The records of present writ application i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 10079 of 2015 and the records of C.W.J.C. No.9428 of 2012 be kept in a sealed cover by the Registrar General of

Patna High Court CWJC No.10079 of 2015 dt.15-02-2017 3/3 this Court, who shall produce the same before the Investigating Agency as and when required.
