Mr. Binod Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 135 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties. In the alleged occurrence, both the parties have sustained injuries. Further submission is that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.57481 of 2018(2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-III, Siwan in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 135 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
