The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 01.5.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.16599 of 2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to compromise the case.

On perusal of records, it appears that while the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was being heard by the learned Sessions Judge, the petitioner did not take his wife to his house and in the facts and circumstances of the case, his prayer for bail was rejected. I do not find any ground to consider the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is rejected. If the petitioner surrenders in the court below along with compromise petition with his wife, the court below shall consider the regular bail petition of the petitioner after being satisfied that the husband and wife has compromised the case, without being prejudiced by this order..
