The petitioner, husband of opposite party no. 2, apprehends his arrest in Paroo P.S. Case No. 125 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Earlier, vide order dated 20.11.2019, the matter was sent to Mediation Centre for settlement of dispute between the parties and on perusal of Mediator's report dated 09.01.2020 (Flag 'E'), it appears that the dispute between the parties has been resolved on the basis of terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by both parties.
