Ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's examination is scheduled to be held from 10.11.2022 to 21.11.2022 and inadvertently he couldn't have submitted the Admit Card at the time of hearing of the petition which might have shown the centre of examination.

Hence, he is praying for a direction to the Jail Superintendent to ensure the attendance of the petitioner at the examination centre as per schedule of his examination so that the petitioner takes his exam.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances the Jail Superintendent, Mandal Kara, Vaishali is directed to ensure the attendance of the petitioner "Karmjeet Kumar" at the examination centre, B. Sc Nursing College NMCH, Agamkuan, Patna as per the schedule and the Superintendent of Police of concerned district is directed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52814 of 2022(3) dt.09-11-2022 3/3 provide the required security to the Jail Superintendent for the needful.

Send a copy of this order to the Jail Superintendent as well as the Superintendent of Police of the concerned district today itself.
