2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 77 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted one Chandradev Choudhary by means of Pasuli, due to which, he sustained injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are Pattidars and there is admitted land dispute between them. As a matter of fact, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, informant and his family members started to abuse

No.56783 of 2024(2) dt.31-08-2024 2/2 the petitioner and his family members, later on informant and his family members entered the house of petitioner and looted the household article, for which Complaint Case No. 794 of 2022 has been filed against informant and others. It is further submitted that the charge-sheet has been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Gaya in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 77 of 2022.
