2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 365, 302, 364/34 of the IPC.
3. It is a case of commission of murder after abduction of the husband of the informant. During investigation, co-accused Kanchan Rai has made confession that he and this petitioner assaulted the deceased with knife.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused Kanchan Rai has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order passed in Cr.Mis.No.64571/2021. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 10.1.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, materials collected during investigation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class cum AM, Sadar/ Successor Court Motihari, East Champaran in Chakiya Police Station Case No. 242 of 2020.
