JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-08-2019 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- (i) To issue rule in the nature of mandamus, commanding the authority concerned to take legal action against the present Mukhia of Parna Gram Panchayat under BlockNimachandpure in the District of Nalanda. (ii) To direct the respondents to remove the present Mukhiya of Parna Gram Panchayat on the charge of moral turpitude and for misleading the authority by giving false statement that he belongs to Delhi.

(iii) To grant any other relief/ reliefs to which the petitioner is legally entitled.

Patna High Court CWJC No.994 of 2017(3) dt.29-08-2019 2/2 Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner herein, I deem it fit and proper to relegate the petitioner to the remedy of approaching the District Magistrate, Nawada for redressal of his grievances by filing a representation within a period of four weeks, whereafter necessary action shall be taken by the District Magistrate, Nawada in accordance with law, after noticing the concerned Mukhiya within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
