The petitioner seeks bail in Simultalla P.S. Case No.1 of 2018 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The widow of the deceased alleged that her husband after having received the call of Naresh Yadav went to see him but her husband did not return. On 04.01.2018, the villagers disclosed that Bablu Singh was found lying injured near the Dewan Asthan. Bablu Singh died during the course of treatment. The informant further alleged that Mahendra Singh, Khuni Devi and Bhairav Singh had come to her house and threatened her husband of dire consequences.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58510 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 petitioner is a lady. There is no tangible material against the petitioner. The informant simply alleged that the petitioner, her husband and Mahendra Singh had threatened the husband of the informant. Mahendra Singh and Bhairav Singh have already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 25.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.39563 of 2018. The case of the petitioner stands exactly on the same footing.

Learned A.P.P. however opposed the prayer for bail but did not show any material against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner is a lady, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Simultalla P.S. Case No.1 of 2018. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Saurabh/- U T
