Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 22 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 325, 307, 337 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case relates to assault of the informant by coaccused along with the petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioner. From perusal of the impugned order passed by the Lower Court, there is no mention that the informant have received grievous injury. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner,
