Prayer for bail of these petitioners was lastly rejected by this court vide order dated 30.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15301/ 2022.

It is submitted that during trial three witnesses, including the informant, Shravan Das, have been examined but they did not support the prosecution case and have been declared hostile. Petitioners are in custody since 11.04.2020. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, tardy progress of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52447 of 2022(2) dt.23-11-2022 2/2 trial and the period of custody of the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Ujiyarpur PS case No. 94/ 2020.
