Further, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph no. 1 of the bail application, in course of the day.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mehandia P.S. Case No. 48/2019 for the offence registered under Sections 354(B) and 120(B) of the I.P.C. The prosecution story, in brief, is that on 05.03.2019 at 3.00 P.M., this petitioner entered into the house of the informant and outraged the modesty of her daughter Shanti

On assemblage of villagers, this petitioner admitted that he solemnized marriage with Shanti Kumari. It is alleged that the marriage of this petitioner had been settled with the daughter of one Chandan Rajwar. It is alleged that the co-accused has facilitated this petitioner to get solemnized the marriage with her daughter and also abused and threatened her to kill.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The allegation of putting vermilion on the head of the informant's daughter is denied by the petitioner. It is further submitted that for ulterior motive the present case has been instituted against the petitioner.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand)
