Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and others of commission of murderous assault against three person.

Submission is that the informant's side was aggressor. Petitioners are in custody since 21.06.2019. Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48258 of 2019(2) dt.02-08-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Fatehpur Police Station Case No.92 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
