The petitioner seeks bail in Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No.534 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.

The police got information that petitioner and one Amit Kumar shall indulge in illicit liquor business on such a raid was conducted and 18 liters foreign liquor was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail for about a month. Amit Kumar has already enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58524 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No.534 of 2018.
