Petitioner being sister-in-law(Gotani) of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after three years of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is omnibus and general and the parents of the husband of the victim have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 9741 of 2015.

Considering the fact that petitioner is a lady and co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23755 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in connection with Kursakanta(Sonamani Godam) P.S. Case No. 90 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
