The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bandhuwa Kurawa P. S. Case No. 38 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324 and 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injuries found on the person of the informant were all simple in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Banka in connection
