The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 30(a), 37(b) and (c), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. As per the prosecution case, a total of 624 liters of illicit liquor was recovered from a Scorpio and a motorcycle and the petitioner was taken into custody.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case because of his antecedent. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 26.9.2020 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.
