JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner entered the house of informant with unknown persons and attempted to commit rape on her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent. Parties are agnate and due to dispute regarding demarcation of the land, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Informant is major having two children. Petitioner has claimed clean antecedent and he is in custody since 17.7.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62660 of 2021(4) dt.19-04-2022 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in Angar Ghat Police Station Case No. 46 of 2021.
